Every class on the grid
The N24 is unusual in motorsport: nine different car classes share the track at the same time. Knowing the classes is half of knowing what you're watching. The headline fight is in SP9 (GT3), where Max Verstappen is racing this year.
How to tell them apart
By colour
On the live map, each class gets its own pin colour. SP9 (GT3) is gold, GT4 is purple, TCR is green, production classes are slate.
By number
Roughly grouped by class. GT3 cars use low numbers (1–99), Cup classes 100s, TCR 180s, production 200+.
By lap time
GT3 Pro laps in around 9 minutes. The slowest TCR takes ~11 minutes for the same lap. By the time TCR finishes one lap, the leaders have done 1.2.
By sound
GT3 V8/V10 = deep thunder. Porsche flat-six = the unmistakable rasp. TCR = high-revving four-pot howl. Production cars = closest to road-car noise.
